The team members at Common Ground are experts at managing Crisis Communication. We were able to take immediate and decisive action when the media spotlight landed on one of our plants at Thermadyne. Denise made sure there was appropriate media training for our managers on the front line and we were able to respond with an appropriate, open and honest dialogue with news media and other stakeholders. One bit of advice though - don't wait for a crisis to hire Common Ground!
